1. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

The watch is in its original, unworn condition.

All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact.
(If the protective film has been removed, we regret that your request will not be accepted as it violates our return policy.) -
The watch is accompanied by all original packaging, including boxes, manuals, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Refund Process

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate your return. Please include clear photos or a short video of the watch.

After approval, carefully package the watch with all original contents and ship it to us using a trackable and insured shipping service (preferably your local courier or EMS).

Once the returned watch has been received and inspected, and it meets our refund requirements, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

The watch remains in original, unworn condition.

All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact.

The watch includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Exchange Process

Contact our Customer Service team to request an exchange and specify the model you would like in return.

After approval, ship the watch and all accompanying items to us via a trackable and insured courier (local or EMS preferred).

Once received and verified, your replacement watch will be dispatched. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
3. Warranty and Repair Policy
Warranty Coverage
All watches purchased from Llvwatch come with a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
